3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
- By submitting content, you grant BeeJoyi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your UGC for contest operations, promotion, marketing, and commercial purposes.
- Ownership: You (or your child, if under 13) retain ownership of your UGC. BeeJoyi does not claim permanent ownership.
4. Children’s Privacy
- Parental/Guardian Consent: Children under 13 can only register and participate with parental/guardian approval.
- Data Collection: Only minimal data is collected from under-13 users; parents provide contact details.
- Public Display of UGC: A child’s contest entries may be displayed publicly, but BeeJoyi will never display full details or sensitive personal details of under-13 participants.
- Parental Rights: Parents/guardians may review, correct, or delete their child’s data; withdraw consent; or request UGC removal.
5. Data Sharing
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors.
- Sponsors & Partners: To highlight contests, winners, or UGC in promotions.

If a participant is found to have submitted prohibited content, BeeJoyi may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
