5. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

You retain ownership of your UGC. By submitting content, you grant BeeJoyi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your UGC for contest operations, promotion, marketing, and commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The BeeJoyi name, logos, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Payments, Prizes & Refunds

• Prize structures and eligibility are disclosed per contest.
• Any fees or premium features will be clearly described.
• Refund policies (if applicable) are defined per contest or feature.

8. Contests & Judging

Contest rules, evaluation criteria, and timelines are published on each contest page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests when necessary to maintain fairness or safety.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for actions that risk platform integrity or user safety.

10. Disclaimers

BeeJoyi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeJoyi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeeJoyi harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Venue and jurisdiction will be as permitted under applicable law.
